Terms and conditions:

• Brain Friendly Publications accepts no liability for injury caused by use of products.  All pets should be fully supervised when playing with toys and worn or damaged toys should be replaced.

• Brain Friendly Publications cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information being given at point of order.

• All material on this site remains the property of Brain Friendly Publications and is subject to copyright..

• Brain Friendly Publications does its upmost to ensure the product descriptions are accurate.  If it found that the description is inaccurate, you will be notified immediately and will have the option to cancel without penalty.

 

Returns policy

• If you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, please contact us in the first instance.

• The products being returned must be securely packed in their original condition to avoid damage. We recommend returning the products by recorded delivery.

• Brain Friendly Publications will not accept liability for any goods returned to us but are not received unless proof of postage is supplied.

• All products must be still in their original packaging and unopened if in sealed packaging with labels still intact.

• When products have been received by Brain Friendly Publications, a full refund, less postage, will be credited to your account.  If faulty products are being returned, then Brain Friendly Publications will arrange postage on your behalf.

• Goods must not be tried/tested.

• This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
